Right so i'm doing a project on finding out this salt (I think its natron but we have to assume we don't know) testing it with different substances. I need to write word equations for the tests I have done but I have no clue what the products are!
I have done a test with sodium hydroxide which was positive so it would be: sodium hydroxide + salt = ammonia + ...........
Hydrochloric acid + salt = carbon dioxide + ...............
Silver nitrate + salt = silver chloride + ...........
Barium nitrate + salt + hydrochloric acid = carbon dioxide + barium chloride + .............
PLEASE FILL IN THE BLANK SPACES AND CORRECT ME IF I AM WRONG. THANKS :*
