I'm doing An Inspector Calls and Of Mice and Men as my two texts for my English literature GCSE and I was wondering if anyone had any tips on achieving top marks?

Write about 3-4 paragraphs for each of the questions in PEEL format (Point, Explain, Evidence, Link [to the context/theme]).
Have a look at al of the required 'AOs' needed to get the marks for the question.
Also, remember that Of Mice and Men assess for the actual context (AO4) but not Inspector Calls.
Spend 45 minutes on each question (10 minutes of which on planning your answer)
