okay so when i was younger i use to be really flexible but i did not work on it. i use to do all sorts of crazy stuff, now i want to start over again. am 18, am not that old and i think i have a chance of gaining my flexibility back but my question is how do i do it? i mean i just can't fall into a split can i, so there must be a way. i really, really want to get the split but i just don't know how. any tips?

Stretch a lot!!
If you are a girl I am jealous as it's soo much easier haha! I am a guy and it took me... Just over a two years to be able to get to splits But I was the same age as you so it's possible!

You just have to do stretching exercises regularly and gradually you'll become more flexible. You can find a lot of stuff online and on YouTube on how to do it.
