    Hi!
I've just came back from my university trip to London, which should have helped me decide between my three unconditional offers for Film Production courses. Unfortunately, it didn't. I just narrowed it down to Westminster and UCA, as these two have similar professional vibe. I'm from Poland, so I don't know anything about potential prestige of these two.
I thought about disadvantages of both of them and I came to this conclusion. If I choose UCA, I'll loose most of the opportunities of being close to London (including potential internship opportunities throughout the year). However, I got an impression that Westminster's equipment and networking possibilities are a little bit inferior to the UCA's ones. I've also heard that some of the Westminster film students had no chance to direct their own film (which is terrible for me, because I want to be a film director)
Anyway, could you please share some thoughts on this topic. Basically, what are your impressions of this courses? Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
    Cheers!

hi I'm a a similar situation and I also dont know what to choose. I visited UCA and the place seemed much more impressive than westminster. If u ask me I think UCA is a better choice because its a better uni in my opinion and its just 1 h from london. You are talking about internships, but its not like you get these roaming the streets in london. Some1 will recommand u and you will find them on internet or by attending different events. The only true disadvantage is that you will have to make an h trip everyday to get there.

My wife went to school and college (16-18) with someone who then went on to study film at UCA. His name was Gareth Edwards and he seems to have done alright for himself! 😂
