Seen my GP since February and she wrote a letter to the university saying she's been treating me for anxiety, stress and low mood. Would this be sufficient grounds to miss exams and ask for a reassessment?

Could be. Talk to your student support about applying for extenuating circumstances. It will depend a bit on weather it has become worse recently and stuff and sometimes they can be stingy about it so don't get your hopes up too much for a quick fix, but it is deffinately worth asking about.

You could also ask about what options you have if you do not qualify for extenuating circumstances (re-takes and the like) and about DSA for future help.
