Leaving sixth form and restarting as levels next year

I'm a current year 12 student and I am targeted all a's. However I'm struggling emotionally at this moment in time and I no I won't achieve this.
If I dropped out of sixth form and reapplied to a different one for next year would I be at a disadvantage when applying to university for having redone my a levels (if I end up sitting this years as levels)
Thanks
don't sit this years AS level exams
just don't - some uni's won't accept it if you knew you were gonna do bad.

just reapply next year and try to get some experience over summer so that this whole year doesn't go to waste.
