*****y day. No real control over myself, even at work. Cognitive functions completely non existent. Thankfully now I'm me again I can't not really remember how bad I was. Scary.

My therapist is on a break so..hurry up back!! I know crisis team are there but I dunno that being stuck in dissociative part is "crisis"? Plus if I speak to them they might send me to hospital. Don't think it's that bad.
Struggling. :sigh: I hate nights so much. :cry2:

I hate these meds.
I finally got my mandatory reconsideration results back from PIP today and surprise, surprise...it's been rejected. I've decided I'm not even going to bother with appealing and going to a tribunal. It's not worth the stress tbh.

Same here. Absolutely stupid. I'm gonna go to tribunal though because I do feel I really need it. Sorry they were so bad with you :frown:

Hope your appeal goes well :hugs: I don't feel strong enough to go through the appeal right now after how badly I took even just the medical so I'm going to re-apply once I start therapy with a psychologist after this basic therapy with the CPN I have atm.

It’s that time of year again! This takes a while to organise so thought we’d actually start at a sensible time this year, unlike my pathetic non-attempt at one last time!

Anxiety is playing up tonight :frown:
Last shift at work :woo:
So iv got through today without too many bad thoughts, i think being super ill has helped (it would be my 3 year anniversary of moving in with my ex into our first flat)
Im getting a bit better today, its not been as painful to swollow and the swelling has gone down in my neck/throat. I spoke to my mum for a good 45 mins and she said i also sounded much better.

Up early tomorrow, got some meeting thing to do with a GP referal to "active lifestyles" not sure what its all about but i guess ill find out. Then i THINK im looking after my nephew while my sisters at work, so it will be a super tiring day as iv been virtually bed bound sonce i got home on monday. Then hopefully back at work on friday but ill see how im feeling tomorrow.

Got my assessment in a couple if weeks now, but i know where it is atleast. On monday when i went to the same day service i had a bit of a look around the "hospital" grounds and saw the building my assessments in which makes it slightly less stressful

I've just read my psychiatrist's summary letter of my current situation and mental health difficulties.

I want to cry. My life sounds so pathetic and worthless from an objective standpoint. And I truly feel sorry for myself now.
