    Hey everybody,

Finishing university in a few weeks, sort of negates my being on this forum I suppose considering how I'll no longer be a student - but I was hoping I might be able to pick a few brains regarding a trip I'm making to Auckland in September to present at a forensics conference. After it's finished I'm going to stay there until December, and I'm saving up all summer in order to pay for flights, registration and money to tide me over - but it still only works out at barely enough to pay for accommodation for the three months I'm there.

Does anyone know of a good, relatively simply way of finding work when I'm out there, from past experience or comparable trips? I'd also love to travel a bit while I'm there down to the South island etc, does anyone know of good bus companies or suchalike which operate cheaply?

Let me know if anything comes to mind.
