    Why?If someone gained a cert ed over a PGCE would the person with the PGCE have an advantage or is it down to personality etc?? Sorry for the questions just PTTLS CTTLS DTTLS CERT ED PGCE all confuse me. Which is the best route for FE sector?

    PGCE and QTS is what you need... as well as a bachelor degree (they perfer master degree though)
