Accommodation for an Introvert who still wants friends.

My first choices for accommodation are Kensington and Park Terrace. I want to live some place where I can make friends but won't be too loud or hectic. I know its kind of contrary but I'd love your opinions.
Did you get your accommodation offer yet ? I got Park Terrace & its supposed to be friendly but not too rowdy I think.
