Constant headaches and very painful prolapse... asking for a referall? Watch

So basically I'm 22, female with multiple health problems (IBS, Asthma, Cowdens Syndrome, CFS, asthma, anxiety, depression, dyspraxia and Aspergers to name a few) but have been having recurrent health problems...

I've always been prone to really bad headaches and migraines but at the moment there has been a horrendous spike Every day I get really bad ones, so bad I want to cry... I am trying to get a job at the moment so as you can imagine this is not making it easier. My periods are horrendously heavy and erratic (has been for some time, had 3 in a month in March o.O) But all my doctor gives me is antrypaline which doesn't help.. and various contraceptive pills which don't help.
I was toying with the idea of asking another GP to have a referall to a specialist for this but not sure if it would get me anywhere?

And have an unfortunate painful prolapse for several months (rectal one) that has made my digestion seriously bad, can hardly eat, my stomach is constantly in pain.. it's torture my GP was going to refer me for a colonoscopy but after an ultrasound (which showed a large ovarian cyst) she's decided and I quote "there is no point" as that is all it is... Would I be alright in asking again? thanks again for reading. Just so stressed out

You can ask for another opinion from another GP. Are you also taking any medication to stop the migraine when it comes on?

Ask again for a referal. Say that it is really bothering you and what is being done currently is not helping.
Have they offered you and painkillers for the headaches or options to possibly remove the cyst? If you are lokking at having kids in the future I would be careful about this whole period and ovary thing as it could damage your fertility. Thats why i would suggest pushing to see a specialist.

Because of your asthma, you're not able to take beta blockers. Most of what you can take, is pretty horrible tbh.

You may also want to look at natural methods of dealing with your migraine.
