Hi all, hope exam preparation is going well.
I have my drama exam coming up and would be very grateful for some help. I am doing Lysistrata and am going down the route of the First World War and suffragettes. Does anyone have any ideas for lighting, sound and props? Help will be gratefully received. Thank you in advance

I'm doing Lysistrata too, but my concept is that it's a universal message and is set in no specific time or place.

You could have simple lighting to reflect the dark time period, and sound effects that really emphasise the war-zone nature. In my opinion, I don't think the play needs many props, as the references are quite obvious, meaning that you don't necessarily have to present the message so clear cut.

Do you know anything about structuring the essays, I've been looking all over the Internet but can't really find anything at all!
