Classed as an overseas student
So i've been living in the UK for more than 10 years or so and haven't been out of the country in more than 3 years (I am not British). However, I just got an email from my chosen university stating that I have been classed as an overseas student as I have a limited leave to remain. Can someone explain this for me please?

You need indefinite leave to remain or settled status to be classed as a UK student.
