I turn my PC and phone off at 9, read and have a hot drink until 10 then go to bed but end up lying there not being able to sleep for what feels like quite a long time. I do feel a little bit better than when I used to stay up on my PC until 10, but I still feel tired and make mistakes (this could be disastrous with my exams and has prevented me from getting my target grades in mocks before). Is it because I'm a teenager or am I doing something wrong? Thanks!

It's quite natural to not be able to sleep straight away... What kinda time do you usually get to sleep when you turn your stuff off at 9??

I've never been able to turn my stuff off, relax and just go to sleep, and that's just been in my nature. So, I'll be up for however long, watching a movie or whatever... If it's really affecting you, then speak to your doctor - they may be able to help out in some way, especially with exams coming up!
