I missed an exam because I thought it was in the afternoon. In the morning, my dad drove me quickly to school, and I was 20 mins late for the exam.

I was so scared that they won't let me in, but the good thing the reception called me and everything is gonna be fine.

One of my friends had a morning exam, but thought it was in the afternoon, so the school office called her to find out why she wasn't there, and one of the teachers had to go and pick her up from home so she could get to the exam!

Similar thing happend to me, but the teacher didn't pick me up, instead my dad drove me to school.

The good thing that they call you if you miss it and they still let you do the exam.

For the bio AS pratical, we were split into two groups - One had to be there at 8:45 and the other 9:00.

No one was ment to have admission after 9:15am to the second group (because anyone can walk out of the first group pratical after 30mins).

Someone from the second group turned up at 11am (2 hours late!) - just before we went into our pratical, she'd even mixed with the people from the first group, the school didn't inform the exam board.

I was an hour late for physics unit4 this summer. Just hilarious that was. Can't believe they let me in. (Didn't get much extra time though)

Managed 2 b 15 mins late 4 my S2 exam this year.

I only live 10 min walk from school, and having just passed my driving test, and being the lazy bum that I am, I decided to drive instead. You would think 20 mins would be enough time to allow me to get there on time.

HOWEVER, nobody told me there was going to be a great big country dancing festival for all the local primary schools at the same time as my exam. That meant:

a) I had to drive the whole way in first gear as there was so much traffic

b) I only had 3 mins left before my exams started by the time I had arrived, and
c) Despite being in the school car park, there were NO spaces, so had to drive home again (in first gear) for the closest parking space!

In the end, my dad gave me a lift, when traffic had miraculously disappeared! I was 15 mins late, and all hot and red faced from running around the school, by the time I entered the exam room.

After all that, I finished with 25 mins to spare!!! Must have been adrenaline!

Hell yeh!!! It was so scary, I was so stressed out by the time I actually got there!!! Didn't help that I wasn't very confident in the car either, so squeezing through the tiny gaps all blocked up by traffic didn't help the situation!

I was late for an exam once. (Not my fault - someone was supposed to pick me up and take me there, but let me down!). It was terrible! I felt ten times as nervous as normal.

Nope, never been late for an exam.

BUUUT - last year the school thought I was late for my P3 exam.
They put my name in the list of examinees for two rooms which the exam was taking place. At the time the exam was starting they called home and my parents thought I was dead because I had left home early enough to arrive 1 hour early to my exam (I always do that to be 100% sure of not being late - I'm sad like that) Only later did they realise that no I was not dead and that the school had made a mistake (when the school called them back)

Yeah dreams are like that. Time goes quickly. If they lasted a full day you'd get bored lol.

And I'm sure I've had a dream or two just similar which I've forgotten now.

Best Exam dream I have had, is that I ask the invilgilator if I can go to the loo, and as soon as I am out of the exam hall, my mates ask if I want to go to the pub quickly.
I follow them, promising myself that I can have 1 quick pint, then go back and finish the exam. I am continually looking at my watch, and calculating how many minutes I need to finish the exam, and so how long I have left in the pub. 1 pint becomes 2 becomes 4 becomes a heavy drinking session

I eventually make it back to the exam hall, and scrawl something drunkenly before realising the impending doom over what I have just done. Then I wake up.

The nastiest bit is how all I am thinking about in the pub is how I can finish the exam, but I am still stupid enough to be in the pub in the first place.
