possibly panic attacks? panic attacks are sudden onsets of intense anxiety, differs from person to person but most experience a feeling of dread/hot or cold flushes/nausea/tremors/faintness among other stuff. after a certain time they go away but simply taking control over bodily processes you dont usually track calms you down instantly, like breathing. inhale quickly for three seconds, hold the breath for 8, and then release it slowly over 10 seconds and repeat until you feel calm again! or, additionally, you could see about getting some short-term anti-anxiety tablets to help you deal with the exam period, however docs have gotten more and more stingy about prescribing drugs for things and like this. hope all sorts out!
