So for nearly over a year I have had this nose block where one side of my nose gets blocked and then it switches over. It's been an ongoing problem and I don't know how to get rid of it. Because of this, my nose is always runny and it's now come to a point that I want it to take actions. Also, when I go to sleep I have to breathe through my nose as only of the side of my nose works. Is there anything that I can do to stop this, or is there any operation that can be done?

Have you gone to your doctor? Also, in regards to sleep, I used to use a nasal strip which helped a lot.

I have the same problem and I pushed my GP to refer me to the hospital. I think the hospital would know what to do.
