Hi, I have a few questions concerning my application for student finance this year.

Firstly, because of personal reasons I had to drop out of university a few years ago. This has meant for the course I am currently studying (in second year at the moment) I only have one year of funding left, which I was told would be applied to my last year of study.

However, now I am taking a year abroad, so would my one remaining year of funding be applied to this year abroad, or would it just be automatically applied to my last year of funding when I return to study in the UK after my year abroad?

As well as this, when applying for this year for a year abroad, I know that you can select an option whether you have even accepted onto Erasmus. I have not been accepted, but I am intending to apply through my university but they have told me that I cannot apply to Erasmus quite yet. Should I continue with my student finance application and just say 'no I have not been accepted onto Erasmus' and would that affect my application?

    Many thanks
    Sian
