So my heart has always been quite strange and it beats too fast and too hard and gives me palpitations but i did go to the doctor and they said there was nothing like physically wrong with it so that was that.
However recently my chest has been really sore, and i mean very sore because usually i try to just ignore pain etc and just get on with it but it got to the stage of hugging my chest (if that is possible to do lol) and actually crying because it hurt that much. It comes in like waves and a combination of chest tightness and stabbing like pains in the heart. Ordinarily i would just ignore it but it has been happing for a while now and today i went running and i couldnt breathe properly halfway through because it was so much effort to inhale and my chest was so tight and sore which is what has prompted me to make this thread because i don't know what is going on here because i've already been to the doctors and they said it was fine.

If they did an ECG, they will have stuck sticky dots on your chest. You then need to sit really still for 30 seconds, and a machine prints off a lot of wiggly lines that show what the electrical activity in your heart is doing. You'll probably remember if it was done because the sticky stuff can be really hard to get off.
