    1.On addition of concentrated sulfuric acid to crystals of potassium iodide,solid sulfur and iodine are observed among the products formed.Construct ionic half equation for formation of sulphur from concentrated sulfuric acid

    2.0.50 mol of Chlorine was bubbled through an aqueous mixture of 0.66 moles of NaBr and 0.66 moles of NaI. Assuming all the chlorine gas reacted, find the number of moles of iodine and bromine formed.

    Justify in terms of relative reducing power of iodide and bromine ions.
