Help me out?!!

Hey guys!
I'm doing a pilot study on the effects of music on memory.

I have PURPOSLY made errors on grammar and the way I worded things so that I can easily evaluate it and make it better when it comes to writing up my proper questionnaire.

Feel free to comment on things I did wrong so that I get more ideas on what to write when it comes to pointing out what I should improve
