People do so poorly on justice the examiners keep putting it on so I would be certain it will appear this year, although it is hard to say..

I think, morality and balancing conflicting interests will certainly be up, if you look at all past essay questions, what doesn't come up the year before comes up the year after! Morality and balancing conflicting interests did not come up last year hence why I believe it will be on. I can never be 100% certain, but it can be 99.9% certain, that certain I would bet my life on it!

With fault, I don't think it will appear.
