    Hi there,

I've completed all sections of the process but the first as I'm struggling with the first few questions. I'm a EU national but have been living in the UK for 6 years. I noticed that it said I could apply as though I was a UK national if I had been living in the UK for 5+ years. What would I need to tick when asked about my nationality + what evidence would I need to provide?

Thanks and sorry in case it's a silly question!

    Hi yvonne_vi

If you have 5 years residency and wish to apply for the maintenance loan, please complete the SFE PN1 application form: http://bit.ly/1QRkPe4
You will be required to send evidence to show you have lived in the UK for 5 years. This can be P60's, payslips, utility bills, bank statements for example.

    Thanks
