    I`m so nervous. I am being ill before class, thinking about my exam and looking at past papers. I`ve always good good grades but lately i have started getting lower grades.

    I have also been having nightmares about getting an un graded paper.

    Is anyone feeling like this, any advice?

    Maybe try the use of CBT/NLP/mantras and self-coaching a la: 'I've succeeded before. I'm hard working and capable. I will succeed again!'
