    Hi guys

I'm just wanting your opinion on which is best when trying to track weight loss and overall toning. I'm weighing myself at the moment but apparently measuring your waist, arms, thighs and hips is more accurate?

What do you think, and how often should you measure?
    Thanks

Weight for the most part means jack-all. Concentrate on your bf percentage, fitness progress and your nutrition. Body measurements imo are just an accessory but if you're into bodybuilding or want to track your progress with intent then go for it

    1. Get the idea of 'toning' out of your head.

    2. Do both. Weigh yourself weekly or even daily and track the numbers. It will fluctuate a little but overall should go down if you're doing it right. Take measurements of everywhere around once a month.

The most accurate way to track your weight is with scales.

The most accurate way to track the size of your waist, arms, thighs and hips is by measuring your waist, arms, thighs and hips.
