It seems that the criteria for this loan is a bit ambiguous, although I called Student Finance about a month ago, and they said that I would be eligible for it. However, I decided just to give it a shot here, as I really need a certain response as to how I should proceed with my Master's.
I have started my BA here in the UK in 2013, and am graduating this year in July (thus, I have been living in the UK for the past three years, but I am not sure whether that would be perceived as simply for "academic reasons.") I am by nationality Lithuanian, and have lived in the EU all my life. I am going to be residing here before and during my Master's, too, which starts in October this year.
From this description of my residency, as I fit the rest of the criteria, am I eligible for the postgraduate loan?
Feel free to ask for any other details.

As you’ve been living in the EU/UK for the past three years and will be living in England on the first day of the first academic year of your course then yes, you will be eligible to apply for a Postgraduate Loan.
