Those generic answer booklets...

...where you have to put your exam board, reference etc. etc.

Do they only come in 4 and 8 side sizes? I have History tomorrow and I KNOW I'm going to write more than 8 sides, but I'm a bit apprehensive and leaving loose sheets in the hands of other people.

we got 12-sided ones for our english exams..

don't worry, they aren't loose. you get another answer booklet and theyre attached together with treasury tags

iv never used all the sheets in the 12page ones

although we had the 8page 1 for re and i used an extra sheet and they gave me a tresury tag thing

Ditto to Ellie. I actually wrote more in RS when we had an 8 page booklet than in English when we had a 12 page booklet. And I've only had a 4 page one once, in latin.

The exam board/reference is clear of how it should be filled in so don't worry about that. And if you run into problem's the teachers/invidulators will be able to help you (most centre's check the front page before they are sent off I believe anyway).

There are definately 12-page copies around, and I guess you might be able to ask for one in advance if you feel you will need it. But if you can't then the extra pages won't be lost, and if they are you will be credited on your previous average I would guess (or mock/teacher opinion).

Yep, our school hands out either 8 page or 12 page answer booklets.

I've only had 12 paged ones up til now though I have wrote more than the 12 pages in my Media exam and used additional sheets, just do that and treasury tag them together.
