I have asthma and a few mental issues but apart from that im ok.

Thats impossible to answer, we can tell how healthy we feel but we could have lots of things that we don't know about like high colesterol (sp?) or high bp.

I had chickenpox when I was 5, and caught a cold about a year ago, but apart from that quite healthy.

im nto very healthy im forever getting colds and sore throats and always feeling sick and tired lol

im just a walking book of illnesses ive had it all

even meningitus!! oh yer and lots of eye infections

I'm not at all healthy any more. :frown:

Physically, I have diabetes, anaemia, a long term kidney problem. I also got a really bad case of the flu last winter because my immune system was so messed up by my stress levels.

Mentally, I have depression and a bit of anxiety.

Well I eat well, exercise about 4 times a week. However I do smoke, and once a week have quite a heavy drinking sesh. So yea, probs not that healthy TBH. Although I am planning on stoping the smoking on July 1st :smile:

generally I'm not too bad today qutie bad
eating a bum load of bran flakes ,rice krispies bar and a tub of blueberries and some tiger bread 0_o.

Anyway, healthwise. Erm...I don't know really.
My mental health is pretty sweet (apart from stress, but who isn't stressed!?)
Physically, I'm fine I reckon. I probably drink too much, but whatever.
