# C4 Partial fractions watch

1. Hi
this may seem trivial but here it goes

the question is express 1/(2x+1)(x^2+1)

anyway ive found the constants A B C correctly but having trouble simplifying or actually forming the partial fraction

A=4/5 B=-2/5 C= 1/5

so its A/2x+1 + Bx+C/x^2+1

for the Bx+C bit is it -2x+1/25(x^2+1) or -2x+1/5(x^2+1) ????????????

thanks
