Not in a movie, but in the Hannibal TV series, the scene where Mason Verger cuts his face and feeds it to the dogs was definitely unsettling, though tbh so were a lot of scenes in that programme - very artistically shot though.

The Hunt was a pretty disturbing movie. Just shows you how one innocent little lie can destroy the life of someone...

When I was 6, my uncle stayed with me and my grandad. I got up in the middle of the night and went into the living room where he was sleeping, he was watching a film called Hollow Man. He said "here, watch this." and showed the scene where the guy loses his skin.

I started crying and my grandad came in saying "wtf are you showing him that for". That's all I remember, Still kinda haunts me.

Se7en in general, but the "what's in the box" scene and sloth probably are the most shocking scenes
