The first two parts of the exam question I understand but part c doesn't make sense to me even with the mark scheme. Mark scheme answer is in red, don't understand why they've used the vertical velocity to find the final velocity of the vertical component. Surely the final velocity of the vertical component is 0?Can anyone explain or come up with an alternative solution please?
