German Universities

Well , as the title suggests .... I am sort of interested in German Universities ( Lol I am obsessed actually ) . Well , the bitter truth is that CIE releases the results after the admission gates are closed for almost all universities and this leaves you with a gap year , which I really don't want . So is there a way to get admitted without taking a gap year ? Plus I am looking forward for being a student in Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich but unfortunately they didn't specify the requirements for Medicine Field as in the subjects required , do any of you have an idea ?
