Hello everyone. I'm 18 years old and play rugby at full back. I've played the position for a few years now and love it. I've missed out on a few selections in recent trials though and really want to take my game to the next level. I'm pretty dedicated and spend a lot of time working on my game. In terms of my stature I'm just less than 5'9 in height and weigh 80 kg. I've done some digging for feedback and apparently I'm not as vocal as other full backs so that's something I'm trying to work on. My coach has been great though and has been challenging meAt the minute we train twice a week and play on weekends. Would it benefit me to put on some weight or maintain? Any help in relation to a workout plan or routine would be really helpful or just any general advice I really want to succeed and do well.
