    This is talking about Israel according to the flesh, not those that truly rule with God by receiving and living by His Spirit.

    "For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature.
    And as many as walk according to this rule, peace be on them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God" (Galatians 6:15-16)

    You know that the Arabs are descendecd from Abraham's firstborn, Ishmael?
    Some Korans have this family tree inside the front cover.

    The bible account is in Genesis 16:

    " ... And the angel of the Lord said to her (Hagar), I will multiply thy seed exceedingly,
    that it shall not be numbered for multitude. ... Behold, you are with child, and shalt bear a son,
    and shalt call his name Ishmael; because the Lord has heard your affliction.
    And he will be a wild man; his hand will be against every man, and every man's hand against him;
    and he shall dwell in the presence (face) of all his brethren."

    These are the sons of Ishmael, and these are their names, by their towns, and by their castles; twelve princes according to their nations:
    Nebajoth "First-fruit", Kedar thought to be the tribe of Mohammed, Adbeel,
    Mibsam "Smiley", Mishma "Obeyed", Dumah "Sand-hill", Massa "Night-fall"
    Hadar "Rolling Stone", Tema "Good News", Jetur "Rebel",
    Naphish "Precious", Kedemah "Front Man"
    (Genesis 25:13-16)

    Various websites try to identify which peoples and places they have given rise to.
    The picture posted says "cast out", which was Sarah's desire (Isaac's mother). Abraham loved his firstborn and had to send him & his mother away ("to the east country") with gifts becuase of the friction.
