Hi. I'm thinking about enrolling for an IT course this year but I've already quit two courses in the past 7 years (both for good reasons).

Will student finance give me a loan?

You'll need to apply and find out. If you're deemed not eligible because of previous study then you should get a maintenance loan but not a tuition fee loan for your first year.

If you can prove that you dropped out of either previous attempt for "compelling personal reasons" (generally health or bereavement) then you are likely to get funding for the entire length of your new course.

Do you agree with the PM's proposal to cut tuition fees for some courses?
