You may as well apply anyway. I got in with AABC.
Its good to have experience of interviews, but don't stress out about it - Oxbridge isn't worth that.

Hey out of interest are you still gonna apply to Oxbridge? It's been a month or two since you posted this thread! Change of heart?
And by the way if you're so easily put off of Oxbridge just cus some teacher says apparently you're not good enough then well I'm not sure you should apply. You can't want it very much - or you don't sound it. But personally who the heck cares about what people say? - do you or do you not wanna go Oxbridge? If you do, then go for it - why should you give a flip over what some teacher says? You'd kick yourself for the rest of your life if you don't apply and wanted to, or worse, wanted to apply, didn't, then come out with straight A's at A2. You're not gonna know without trying! My head of sixth form told me to forget Cambridge upon hearing my AS predicted grades which was BCCC - I ended up with AAAC and I'm gonna go for it whatever he says. I'd rather get rejected than wondering "what if?".
