    Hi
I have just done an Internet Connection Test on my PS3 and the results were:
    Connection Speed (Download) 1.6 mbps
    Connection Speed (Upload) 196.9 kbps
Is this is a good connection speed?
    All answers appreciated
    Thanks in advance

Depends really if the results are showing in Mega bits or MegaBytes; If thats megabytes (MB) then its an average speed not too slow not too fast but you'll make do.
IF that's mega bits (mb) then yes it's slow and wont do you much good. For browsing yeah it'll be fine. For online gaming/downloading/streaming/HD vids nope it wont be too good and you'll most likely experience lag ESPECIALLY if other people are connected.

Yeah, sorry, it is in Mbps. I've always felt it's been slow though and it does seem to lag a lot. In fairness, the PS3 is situated quite far from the internet and I'm considering setting up a booster to improve the internet connection. Thanks for the reply.
