Help me get out of a job my uncle set up without him finding out watch

    • Thread Starter

Ok so I have a degree in optometry and I absolutely hate everything about the field, I can't understand those people who say they have a passion for it and wanted to quit a few weeks in. Clearly I was made to stick with it and finish the degree, this was 2 yrs ago and now my mum wants me to do my pre-reg or training year-I have started one many times and just haven't been able to bring myself to follow through. For the two years I have gone to quite a few interviews and either not even gone in or rejected any offers. She has now gotten my pharmacist uncle to find me a job through one of his friends and they have decide to take me on. I am in desperate need of a way out, I honestly can't waste another year of my life. I should also mention my mum is incredibly stubborn and a calm explanation of this would never work.
