    Using the results of this investigation, suggest the optimum glucoseconcentration for both the formation and growth of calluses from explants.Explain your answer.

    can someone tell me what you would write for this answer! ^

    this is what the ms says:
    1. appropriate comment on thenumber of explants becoming calluses ;
    2. appropriate comment on therate of growth of calluses ;

    From that table, it looks like 3% is best because the most calluses form from explants at that concentration (99%). Not sure what they want for the rate of growth though... I guess they mean adjusting the glucose concentration from 1-3% has the largest effect on the number that become calluses, whereas anything above 3% decreases the rate, but to a lesser extent?
