Basically, I've seen that students who study for a second degree in a STEM subject will be eligible for a student loan. I'm guessing that it is not a STEM subject; however, it could fall under technology, right? :-/

This sort of course probably is

In other words, if you can do a BSc (or BEng) in it then it's STEM.

Fashion Design is a BA.

Although this BSc might push my definition...
