Lock away the hurt and swear vengence on she who cheated on me, lied to me about it then went with said cheater? La vengeance est un plat qui se mange froid. Mwhahahaha!

Alternatively, unlike me, you can spend some time doing stuff for yourself. Go out with your mates and do some particularly girly/blokey things. You don't need someone to have fun and be happy with yourself! New hobbies are something to do as well, especially with the lovely weather we're having. Don't expect the hurt to just disappear, but using it as a chance to develop yourself as an individual through self-discovery is a way to channel all the negative feelings into a positive outcome.

However, if you fancy the evil approach, drop me a line.

Copious amounts of cookie-dough ice-cream, rom-coms, squirty cream (make sure you get your own...) and chocolate, along with a few female friends and some duvets.
And never be afraid to cry.
Hugs also work well

Have to agree, grab the sofa with some friends and your duvet, put on yoru favourite chick flick and a few tubs of Ben and Jerry's and plenty of chocolate, Crying will help don't try and stop it.
