hey im retaking too but no one seems to have any predicted questions.
do you remember what the questions were last year for the family? trying to predict them myself:/

hey, the questions that came up last year were:

identify and explain 2 ways in which households have changed. (17 marks)
outline and evaluate sociological views on the contribution the family makes to society (33 marks)

the relationship between children and parents (17 marks)
sociological views on family diversity (33 marks)

let me know what predictions you come up with x

right this is what i came up with and im positive about them
17 marks
demographic changes
nuclear families or types of households

and for the 33marks
new right
role of men and women in the family or nuclear family is the best

let me know what you think xx

I'm a bit confused, can you lay it out in question format so i know what the questions may look like lol

And i predicted demographic changes def! And ethnicity?? For 17 markers

33 markers - feminist views on men and women & family diversity bc it comes up every year!

this what my teacher just emailed me

i think it's possible you will get an essay b) question on roles and relationships, in particular male and female roles, because they focused on parents and children for a Q a) last year. Also, be prepared for a theory question like 'Outline and assess the Marxist view of the Family'.

when you say types of households or nuclear family what do you mean?
could you give an example of how the question could be
