Ive been doing SL 5x5 since October and I want to change it up, partly because I'm sick of it and partly because I want something more aesthetics based (I'm a girl), so higher reps probably.

Any ideas? Ive searched online but it's all a big muddle of information

Are these suitable for women? I don't want a jacked upper body (I know i know it takes a long time to build muscle but jus' sayin' ) but on my very small frame its easy to end up looking like that

Yep. You won't end up jacked.

    No, Strength based primarily.

Google candito linear program and click on the PDF. It gives you three programs to choose from, I'd recommend 'Strength/Control'. The last one has a larger focus on hypertrophy/aesthetics.

ok quick question, it says to lower weight for 15 pounds for a week if you hit failure on a lift. does that mean you then go back up to the 15 pound higher lift after the week is done, or do you work up from the lower weight? its not very clear in the booklet

Follow Greg's advice if you want a more aesthetics approach.

If you wanna build muscle, train on a program that builds muscle. If you have a small frame then you don't need to worry about looking big and blocky, you never will Second vote for Lyle McDonald's upper lower btw, perfect program to transition into from 5x5.
