My teacher my controlled assessment marks were on the borderline for a C, does that mean I can't get an A in the exams? I'm really stressing out over my GCSEs and this is causing me health problems, what should I do?

You'll be fine. Controlled assessments are worth 40 per cent for this qualification. If you get a A or an A* in the exam you can still be able to get an A or a B overall. Controlled assessments in no way limit your performance in exams, they just usually pull your grade down a bit if they are not as good as your exam scores.
