Which should I choose, taking into account the difficulty of the course, living costs, housing etc. All Unis are giving me Co-op. This is for Computer Engineering BTW.

Waterloo reks everything else you're considering. Word from the grapevine says Facebook (and a host of other top tech companies) have exclusive co-op programs for solely Waterloo students.

In fact, you could probably save up insane amounts of cash (not to mention pay off tuition fees entirely) from Waterloo's programme.
