    Hi guys/ girls of TSR!
I have, or at least think I have social anxiety disorder, I find it hard to talk to people due to a huge lack of confidence (probably originated from my secondary school pseudo-friends).
On the bright side I am kinda getting better at talking as a whole, for some reason I can present in front of the class better than most people (I just imagine that there is nobody there), but I am terrible at talking to people; girls in particular.
I don't want to sound overly confident, however there is this girl with a beautiful face and an even better personality, who (possibly idk I'm like 60% sure) likes me, but I cannot find out whether or not she does as I am a coward .
Anyway, what can I do? Anybody been through anything similar? How did it work out?

Force yourself to do it, then you'll be pleased at the progress you've made if nothing else. In terms of building confidence, just meet more people, try getting a customer facing job, perhaps a bar job or retail.

^^ Yeah to be fair, put effort into making a good first impression that'll give you a lift.
