    Basically I got my period like two days before Ramadan so I only need to make up 3. My mum told me to make them up ages ago but I kept forgetting. im going to start making them up from tomorrow but I'll be at school all day. I also aim to fast at least twice a week from next week as exams are glinting to be during Ramadan and I want to get some practice in so its not a shock for my body. Any way the point is how can I stop my stomach rumbling while fasting, what can I eat at suhoor that will keep me going for the day
