A better question might be: who thinks they are likely to get their predicted grades? or is that tempting fate...

AS levels...it would be most reasonable if I get

    3 A's
    2 B's

Any more or less and I'll be shocked.

Why is everyone doing so many A-level exams? at my school the usual is 4 at AS, 3 at A2. Are we just a bit stupid here or what?

Though, not yet at an A-level age, my school too uses the 4 then 3 format.

I think that is the standard number (like the standard number of GCSEs is 10) as universities make an offer based on three grades.

I do 4 AS levels officially, but Critical thinking I took on as an extra AS (no lessons and no revision so it was a bit of a gamble). As for next year, I'm carrying on all 4, which I believe is not uncommon.

Assuming that my college don't evict me for getting the worst grades ever achieved by one student....I plan to carry on with all 4 next year also. Tis' mightily temping to drop Electronics though!!!

More people who's expected grades are not all A's and B's should be posting !!! We should be proud of what we expect to achieve (except in Electronics ). Either that or some people with all A's and B's should start lying to balance it out a bit

PS - I've got BBBC as predicted grades (any ideas on how to explain failure to my tutors would be much appreciated...lol)
