    Hi
Do i still have to firm my offer even though i have recieved just one? Also, If I firm the offer (its unconditional) would I still b able to drop out before starting if I change my mind? Also, if im on the waiting list at a different uni would they be able to see that ive firmed the unconditional offer?
    Thanks

Yes you do have to firm it. yes you can drop out later and yes i think they could see that you've firmed somewhere else if you are on a waiting list.
