How do I change my name with student finance?
I'm transgender. I applied last year but decided to take a year out therefore my application was cancelled. I reapplied this year using the same account which is in my previous name. I have since changed my name and am undergoing gender reassignment. I have a deed poll and a letter from my doctor. How can I change my details with student finance?

Phone them up. They may need to see the evidence of your deed poll - if you ring them they'll be able to explain where to send this
